Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The Toy Box will notify you, when possible, if there are potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The Toy Box uses Canada Post for all deliveries and will send out a confirmation email as well as a tracking number when the product(s) is/are picked up by the carrier. Shipping costs may change without notice, and The Toy Box reserves the right to change the shipping charge even after payment has been made. We will notify you regarding any such change prior to delivery.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to deliveries to the United States depending upon state where the goods/services are being delivered. The charges will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. Delivery times vary when shipping outside of Canada, however, the amount of time needed to process the orders will not change.

Local delivery

Unfortunately, at this time, The Toy Box does not offer local delivery options.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions (including date and time).  Due to COVID-19, customers must arrive at the selected date/time indicated on the email, as well as wearing a mask for the protection of themselves and The Toy Box staff. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, however, shipping to the following countries: United States of America, Mexico, United Kingdom will be available in the summer of 2021.

**At this time we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the locations listed above.  We will be adding countries in the near future.  Please continue to follow us and subscribe, and we will notify you directly when your location has been added to our list of countries we ship to.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Toy Box is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number in which you can use to check its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@thetoyboxcollectibles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

The Toy Box ships everywhere Canada Post services.  However, there may be restrictions, including Post Office Boxes, which may include extra charges.  The Toy Box will add those charges to your invoice and must be paid prior to delivery.
